Mobile App – In back office, scroll down in dashboard and search for account modification in ‘request’ heading. Now, enter the details and upload the files you want to update, get otp on your email/sms and enter it and then click on send. Account modification request will be placed.
Sky Web – Click on profile and then click on back office. Click on ‘account modification’ under request heading. Enter the details you want to update/modify, upload the necessary files, enter otp and click on send.
